Two categories of volunteers at PAW Team:
- PAW Pals are an essential part of our work. You are the energy that keeps us going. Join the PAW Team whenever your schedule permits, and truly make a difference.
- Core Team volunteers have a strong interest in our mission and the willingness to commit to more time and involvement in PAW Team. Be a leader. Learn new skills. Advocate for animal welfare and ending homelessness. Click here to learn about our Core Team Program.
Requirements to Volunteer
- PAW Pals who volunteer for our clinics will attend an orientation session at the beginning of their chosen work shift.
- Core Team Volunteers must attend a separate orientation, depending on the specific volunteer position.
- Volunteers must be age 12 or older.
- All volunteers must sign a liability waiver, and anyone under age 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign, prior to volunteering. Waivers can be downloaded here.
