Here’s a short story on CNN about a great collaborative effort between PAW Team, Pixie Project, Multnomah County Animal Services, and Dove Lewis Emergency Hospital, to offer free spay/neuter surgeries for the pets of people on the streets who can’t afford to have their pets spayed or neutered.
